Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Louisville, KY)

Highbridge Vale Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Louisville area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
