Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Louisville, KY)

Summit Quarry Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Louisville. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
