Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Louisville, KY)

Westbrook Bridge Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Louisville. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
