Ironwood Harbor Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Louisville design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
