Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Basin Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
