Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Quill Transit Planning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
