Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Thistle Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
