Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Knoxville, TN)

Fernwood Umber Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Knoxville working with agencies and riders, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
