Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Cedar Yarrow Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
