Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Knoxville, TN)

Bright Stone Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Knoxville working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
