Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Birch Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
