Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Kansas City, MO)

Amberfield Bridge Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Kansas City, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
