Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Wilder Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Kansas City area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
