Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Fox Early Learning Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
