Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Jacksonville, FL)

Ironwood Timber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
