Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Jackson, MS)

Bright Willow Community Partners is a Jackson charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
