Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Mill Care Services Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
