Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ember Housing and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 980 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
