Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Indianapolis, IN)

Lumen Corner Early Learning runs childcare centres in Indianapolis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
