Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Indianapolis, IN)

Lumen Iron Property Management looks after rental homes across the Indianapolis area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on lease renewals for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
