Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Indianapolis, IN)

Bright Beacon Housing manages affordable housing communities across Indianapolis. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
