Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Indianapolis, IN)

Greenridge Keystone Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Indianapolis with a full calendar of events, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
