Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Rook Housing and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
