Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Indianapolis, IN)

Amberfield Timber Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 625 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
