Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Indianapolis, IN)

Amberfield Thistle Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
