Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Indianapolis, IN)

Silverline Sparrow Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Indianapolis presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
