Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Indianapolis, IN)

Cedar Oak Arts Center is an arts centre in Indianapolis with a full calendar of events, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 228 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
