Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Houston, TX)

Clearpath Yarrow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Houston. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 277 people based in Houston. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
