Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Honolulu, HI)

Foxglove Ridge Property Management looks after rental homes across the Honolulu area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on resident events for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
