Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Honolulu, HI)

Highbridge Cross Civic Services Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
