Lumen Stone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Honolulu. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
