Westbrook North Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Hartford. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
