Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Grand Rapids, MI)

Westbrook Maple Early Learning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Grant reporting experience.
