Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Birch Care Services Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
