Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Fresno, CA)

Ironwood Bridge Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Fresno working with agencies and riders, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
