Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Fresno, CA)

Northwind Fern Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Fresno with a full calendar of events, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
