Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
