Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (El Paso, TX)

Nova Field Housing is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on rent assistance for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with rent assistance.
