Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove River Community Partners is a nonprofit in El Paso supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
