Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (El Paso, TX)

Redstone Juniper Transit Planning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
