Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Detroit, MI)

Foxglove Mill Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Detroit working with agencies and riders, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
