Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Lumen Willow Early Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
