Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Detroit, MI)

Foxglove Thistle Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Detroit. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. Families are partners. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
