Highbridge Fern Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
