Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Des Moines, IA)

Silverline Ashton Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Des Moines, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
