Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Des Moines, IA)

Harborlight Lakeside Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Des Moines, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
