Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Timber Property Management is a Denver property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 910 people based in Denver. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
