Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Denver, CO)

Nova Fern Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Denver. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 596 people based in Denver. What you will do • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
