Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Dallas, TX)

Northwind Meadow Housing manages affordable housing communities across Dallas, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Prepare reports on lease compliance for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
