Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Dallas, TX)

Bright Fox Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Dallas. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
